How we handle your data

This says which data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask of us. Without legal fog.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is NAOS TECH DOO, a company registered in the Republic of Serbia, company number 22333577, tax ID 115964466. Contact: info@joinnaos.com.

2. Which data we collect

Only the data you enter yourself in the waiting-list form:

• e-mail address
• sex
• age range (for example 30–34)
• city
• time of sign-up

Through this form we do not collect an exact date of birth, an address, a telephone number or data about religion.

A telephone number is asked for only by the app itself, once it launches, and only so that we can send you a one-time verification code at the moment you request it. The message is delivered by Infobip d.o.o. as our processor. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to stop receiving them, or HELP for help.

3. Why we process it

To let you know when NAOS launches and occasionally about progress, and to see in which cities there is enough interest for the platform to make sense. We use it for nothing else.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box when signing up. You may withdraw consent at any time, without giving a reason and without consequence.

5. Where the data is kept

In a Google spreadsheet, on the Google Sheets service of Google Ireland Limited, which in this case acts as a processor. The site is hosted on a hosting service that processes technical access data. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, with standard contractual clauses as the safeguard.

6. Who we do not give it to

We do not sell, rent or pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes. There are no advertisers. We disclose data only if ordered to do so by a competent authority in accordance with the law.

7. How long we keep it

Until the platform launches, and at most twenty-four months from sign-up. If the project is not launched within that period, the data is deleted. If you withdraw consent earlier, we delete it immediately.

8. Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, does not track your behaviour and has no analytics tools. The font is loaded from the Fontshare service, to which your IP address is passed when the page loads — that is technically necessary for the site to be displayed.

9. Your rights

At any time you have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, transfer of the data to another controller, and to object or withdraw consent.

A message to info@joinnaos.com is enough. We reply within thirty days, usually much sooner.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may address the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade, Serbia.

10. Minors

The platform and the waiting list are not intended for persons under 18. If we establish that a sign-up was left by a minor, we delete it.

11. Security

Only people working on the project have access to the data, through accounts protected by a password and two-step verification. If unauthorised access nevertheless occurs and it could endanger your rights, we will inform you and the competent authority within the statutory deadline.

12. Changes

We may extend this policy once the platform goes live, because there will then be more kinds of data. We will inform you of any material change at the e-mail address you left.
